Welcome to Rufus' Training Academy. By booking a session or using our services you agree to the following terms. 1. Bookings & Payments All bookings must be paid in full or by deposit at the time of booking. Places are only secured once payment is received. 2. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a session may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. 3. Owner Responsibilities Owners remain responsible for their dog at all times during group classes, walks and one-to-one sessions. 4. Liability We take every reasonable precaution but cannot accept liability for injury, illness or loss arising during training, walking or boarding. 5.
